If we can boast at all, we’re extremely selective in our hiring practices. All engineers must have B.S. degrees or better in computer science, and pass a battery of aptitude tests that most engineers can’t finish. Project managers must likewise have at least a bachelor’s degree and must pass a series of logic and technology tests. All applicants must demonstrate excellent written communication.

This process is fussy and time consuming, and it tends to weed out many of the applicants who come our way. But we’re adamant about building a quality team. New hires receive lengthy and intensive training on real projects by working side by side with existing employees until they are ready to handle projects of their own. Staff are required to uphold BayaSoft’s standards of honesty, ethics, and confidentiality.
