Phil and Ken Berry, brothers and founders of BayaSoft, are young entrepreneurs with a long history of competitive innovation.

Phil Berry, Managing Partner

Phil Berry holds a bachelor of science in computer science, magna cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His background includes corporate and venture funded software startup companies using cutting-edge artificial intelligence and optical telecommunications technologies. He and his brother Ken founded BayaSoft in 2003 with a vision for bringing enterprise-class software design excellence to market research, an industry traditionally digitally underserved.

Outside of work, Phil is an avid basketball player and Celtics fan who enjoys reading, piano, and musical theater. He coaches youth basketball and serves in various capacities in his church congregation. He and his wife, Julie, are the parents of four young sons.

Ken Berry, Partner

Ken Berry holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Fitchburg State College. He began his career at data storage giant EMC, then took a position with a private startup, where he first encountered quantitative online data collection. In 2003 he and Phil left their startup jobs to form BayaSoft, building on their shared experience with newly-forming high technology ventures, their complementary approaches to software development, and a lifetime of working and playing together.

Outside of work, Ken is the lead singer in a popular local rock band who also enjoys camping, swimming, basketball, and soccer. He coaches youth soccer. He and his wife, Karen, are the parents of two young sons.
