Phil Berry
Founder and Managing Partner
Phil Berry is the Founder and Managing Partner at BayaSoft, responsible for leading all aspects of strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Under Phil’s direction in products and strategy, the company has seen double digit growth for eight consecutive years. Phil focuses the team on continuous innovation to the proprietary platform and providing outstanding quality to clients.
Prior to founding BayaSoft in 2003, Phil was a Software Engineer at PhotonEx, responsible for developing and launching an optical transport system simulator. Before PhotonEx, Phil was a Software Engineer at Document Development Corporation (DDC), where he led a text widget and word processing design and integration project.
Phil has a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
When not working, Phil enjoys basketball, acting and spending time with his wife and four sons.
Ken Berry
Founder and EVP of Operations
Ken Berry is the Founder and EVP of Operations at BayaSoft responsible for driving all facets of research, development and programming with an unwavering focus on flawless execution. Ken’s leadership and strategic focus are integral to the company’s significant growth since starting BayaSoft in 2003. Ken continually engages his team to innovate new offerings based on his pulse on industry trends.
Prior to founding BayaSoft in 2003, Ken was a Web Engineer at Figure Seven where he first started making a name for himself in the market research industry. Before Figure Seven, Ken was a Design Engineer at EMC where he tested and validated the data storage systems.
Ken has a B.S. degree in computer science from Fitchburg State University.
When not working, Ken can be found singing in a popular local rock band, camping with his wife and two sons or coaching soccer.
Laurie Azaria Klausner
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Laurie Klausner is the Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at BayaSoft, responsible for driving all aspects of the worldwide marketing and sales strategy. Laurie focuses on the development and execution of BayaSoft’s go-to-market strategy including service innovations, online marketing, demand generation and corporate communications. Laurie brings expertise in global marketing programs, maximizing customer value and a deep understanding of the strategy needed to successfully implement organizational initiatives.
Prior to joining BayaSoft, Laurie was the Vice President of Global Marketing at Ipswitch, responsible for integrated programs supporting all routes to market including ecommerce, direct and channel. Before Ipswitch, Laurie was the Global PR Director at Softscape, responsible for all external communications worldwide.
Laurie has a B.A. degree in English from Tulane University and a M.S. degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley College.
When not working, Laurie enjoys hiking with her kids, sprint triathlons and searching for the perfect waffle cone for her ice cream.
Cheryl Newman
Director, Configuration and Reporting
Cheryl Newman is Director, Configuration and Reporting at BayaSoft, responsible for driving all aspects of client responsiveness regarding production. Cheryl guides her team to produce error-free data, configuration and reports maximizing client satisfaction. Cheryl focuses on accuracy, speed and custom solutions. Cheryl brings expertise in quality control and solution-oriented decisions.
Cheryl has a B.S degree in computer science from Fitchburg State University.
When not working, Cheryl can be found reading, letter boxing and traveling throughout New England with her family.
Dave Bagge
Director, Client Services
Dave Bagge is Director, Client Services at BayaSoft, responsible for driving all aspects of internal and external communication to ensure client satisfaction. Dave and his team focus on quickly and accurately providing all relevant information to clients to facilitate their online research projects. Dave brings expertise in problem solving and a depth of knowledge about BayaSoft solutions.
Dave has a B.A. degree in history and communication from Westfield State University.
When not working, Dave can be found hiking, on the tennis court and playing guitar.
