Vice President, Sales and Marketing
This position will lead a dynamic and growing sales and marketing team that has already propelled BayaSoft to impressive yearly growth. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of sales success and sales leadership, as well as the capacity to think creatively and strategically to lead marketing efforts. Travel to conferences and client sites will be an ongoing part of this position. Growing and cultivating client relationships are vital to the success of this position. Vice President, Project Management
This new executive-level position will lead a dynamic and growing technical project management team in providing premier online data collection services to some of the largest and most sophisticated market research firms in the world. Extraordinary organizational skills, management ability, technical fluidity, and superlative communication are vital to this highly visible role.

This position will oversee the technical project management team in closely servicing clients and internal production staff as they manage 100+ intricate custom projects each month. This position must maintain and build processes and workflows to help the project team to keep pace with dramatic continued business growth. Position will work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure smooth cooperation between divisions and functions of the company, and to carry out the company’s mission.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing market research data collection projects or analogous technical projects.
• A proven track record of coordinating multiple simultaneous and demanding projects without compromising insistence upon quality or detail.
• Solid understanding of Internet technology; technical aptitude sufficient to process and understand input from the engineering team, and translate and relay it to clients.
• A demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and enforce procedures and protocols throughout your team.
• Experience servicing and managing client relationships, maintaining stellar customer service, and fulfilling a company’s promise to its clients.
• Experience resolving client concerns while maintaining grace under fire.
• A detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving oriented approach to customer service and team management.
• Experience managing using state-of-the-art management systems and technologies.
• Ability to spearhead new initiatives and work across organizational lines to achieve company objectives.
• Ability to conduct effective regular team meetings, training sessions, and staff reviews.
• Ability to communicate, network, and present at the executive level.
• The skills needed to champion, encourage, motivate, support and grow a world-class, hardworking team.
• A professional, polished demeanor that genuinely exudes poise, intelligence, and character.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel; basic database, programming logic, and HTML awareness.
• A four-year college degree with impressive academic achievement is an absolute minimum requirement; advanced degrees in technology or business are highly desirable.

A minimum of seven years of market research data collection experience is desirable, with a track record of market research and/or technology project management leadership.

This is a full-time on-site position. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential. Neat, professional personal appearance is important. Foreign language fluencies are a plus.
