Our surveys come with burstable bandwidth up to a DS3 (T3) which has a data rate of 45 Mbps. This means our connection speed will not be a bottleneck for even the largest of internet studies.

Streaming Video Content

Depending on the number of videos in a particular study, and the logic involved, we can start streaming the video to the client once the survey begins, limiting the impact on users with lower bandwidth rates. If logic determines who sees what video, we can't start streaming immediately.

To secure video content, we can prevent download and replay of streaming video, prevent stolen content from being streamed from other servers, and prevent remote client referencing to block unauthorized access.

Security and Reliability

• The latest in firewall technology sits in front of all server hardware.
• The server room has its own additional security alarm system, over and above our facility security system. Only personnel who need to enter have access.
• Equipment is monitored 24x7 by internal monitoring equipment and by an external monitoring company.
• All data collection systems have built in redundancy.
• All data is stored on a RAID5 hard drive configuration or better.
• Incremental data is backed up to regularly according to a rigorous backup schedule.
• All servers are high-end DELL systems with current service contracts.
