Reporting and Data Portal

Customers can log into our secure reporting portal to view all their BayaSoft projects, past and present, as well as complete archives on all past data pulls. The portal shows counters, toplines, and reports, and enables real-time access to data in Excel (CSV), SPSS, ASCII, or other custom layouts.

Quotas

BayaSoft can enforce the most stringent quota controls, including those that are defined by complex logic. We program the quota stops provided by our clients, and provide a field report with quota breakouts.

Data Access and Archives

With our reporting and data portal, our clients have access to counters, reports, charts, and data as soon as the survey is launched, and at any time afterwards including after the study is closed. Existing clients, log in to our portal here.

Every time anyone pulls data on your study, a record of the pull, and a copy of the data file produced, is archived, producing a valuable history of all interactions with your data.

Output types

Standard survey output types are Excel (CSV), SPSS, and fixed-width ASCII. Custom layouts including CHO files are available upon request. Newer versions of Microsoft Office enable limitless Excel columns; if your version of Excel does not support this, we can deliver your data in a format you can use. We can produce stacked SPSS files.

Matched and custom data layouts

We can match a pre-existing layout for fixed-with ASCII or card-column ASCII files. This is mainly used to match studies that have previously fielded in another system, or through another medium such as telephone. It can also be used to synchronize layouts across multiple vendors and media for new studies, or to ensure the layout suits your tabulation specialist's preferences. We can also produce custom data formats to match the specifications of a particular software package. For example, we're able to produce CHO files for import into Sawtooth or other similar analytical applications. Regardless of whether we've ever produced the file type you need before, with specs or an example file, we can meet your needs.
