CSV, fixed-width ASCII, and SPSS files are standard outputs on our data portal. But we can create any kind of custom file type or layout that you need, including matching the layout of legacy data files. We can embed a unique ID in the survey link, or place a cookie on the respondent's machine when they take the survey the first time, or provide a login and password portal page.
