Billing + payment policies
Once the programming is completed for a survey, we invoice for the programming and anticipated hosting. Once the survey is closed, we invoice for any additional or unexpected costs.
Our standard billing terms are 2% 10, Net 30. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Customers paying in full within ten days of the invoice date may deduct 2% off the invoice total.
