Hours of operation
BayaSoft's standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time.
We understand that the research industry never sleeps. For after-hours issues, we provide after-hours contacts to our clients.
When projects need staffing outside our normal business hours, we request one day's notice so that we may coordinate our resources appropriately.
