Soft launch
Once testing has determined that the survey is ready to go live, we strongly recommend "soft launching" before the full deployment to a small subset of your sample group. In case the multilayered testing failed to detect an issue, it's far better not to lose qualified respondents.
Upon client request we perform data checks after soft launching. Otherwise we expect clients to verify accuracy before proceeding to a full launch. Even if we are checking the data we strongly suggest that our clients perform their own data check as well before a full launch.
