Soft launch
Once testing has determined that the survey is ready to go live, we strongly recommend "soft launching" before the full deployment to a small subset of your sample group. In case the multilayered testing failed to detect an issue, it's far better not to lose qualified respondents.
Note that clients are expected to check data and verify accuracy before proceeding to a full launch.
